A Free Health Clinic

Free Health Clinic
Sunnyside provides other assistance to the community by providing a neighborhood health clinic on the first and third Thursday of each month.

The clinic is open to anyone who lives in Forsyth County. At this time we are only able to serve children under the age of 18. We can help with children who need school physicals but we do not do sports physicals. We can also help with regular check ups or illnesses.

Intake begins at 5:30 p.m. at Trinity Moravian Church. Trinity Moravian Church is located on the corner of Sprague Street and Lomond Street. The address is 220 E. Sprague Street, Winston-Salem, NC 27127.

If you have any questions about the Free Clinic you should contact Sunnyside Ministry at
