Our Purpose
Sunnyside Ministry is an emergency assistance agency. The Board of
Evangelism and Home Missions of the Moravian Church in America,
Southern Province, established Sunnyside in 1978 based on the
vision of Trinity Moravian Church.
The purpose is to assist the residents of south central Forsyth and north
central Davidson Counties materially and spiritually. The goal is to help our
neighbors avoid life-threatening situations brought on by financial
crises.

Serving Our Neighbor
Families who need emergency assistance or other
aid for basic needs because of financial hardship
are eligible for Sunnyside Ministry services. This
includes some families who participate in several
special programs. We serve residents of Zip
Codes 27107 and 27127 in Forsyth County and
the Northern part of Davidson County.
